Choose your Size (Small, Medium, Large, or Extra Large). Please refer to the listing photos for measurements.
Select your Font (Block or Cursive).
In the Personalization box, enter:
Your dog's name or initials exactly as you'd like them embroidered.
Your preferred thread color.
